FAQ

How do I receive weekly collections?

  • You will receive your families (weekly collections) through the Hotmart platform. When you sign up, you will receive an email with information on how it works.

If I subscribe now, do I receive collections from previous weeks?

  • The sequence of the collections is the same for all subscribers. Everyone starts receiving from Week 01 (Modern Lighting) and right after you receive the first collection, we will be sending you the following collections on a weekly basis.

When will I receive my first weekly collection?

  • On the day your payment is confirmed you will receive an email with access to the platform, and from then on, every 7 days, a new collection is released to you.

I didn’t receive the email, now what?

  • Send us an email so that we can find the best way to solve the problem. Remember to check your Spam box as well.

Do families come with texture?

  • Yes, the textures of the families are already configured, but we send the images of textures together with the file.

What version are the files in?

  • The files are in Revit 2019.

Is there a minimum subscription time?

  • No, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription lasts as long as you want, as long as you are subscribing, we will be sending you new and unpublished collections.

Is there a special price for groups?

  • No, each subscription is individual, personal, and non-transferable.

What happens if I forget to pay the subscription?

  • Your subscription is automatically debited monthly. If your direct debit agreement is not up to date, your subscription will be paused. When your subscription is active again, you will receive weekly collections from where you left off.

When is my subscription due?

  • Your monthly subscription fee will be debited on the same day of the month on which your subscription was first activated.

Are families produced by Blocks Revit?

  • Yes, all families are produced by Blocks, we have a team of specialists in charge of developing them and guaranteeing the quality standards we set.
